The hotel room was not exactly as shown in the photos, but it was spacious and adequate. The air conditioning had some issues, and there was even a plastic bag behind the sofa. However, the management made inappropriate comments, and the family-friendly claim seemed misleading. The location was nice, shielded from traffic noise and very close to the beach. The dining experience was disappointing with limited options. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel had useful facilities.

The hotel had some cleanliness issues with the room not being what we booked, a dirty shower, and encountering a creature that bit me requiring a hospital visit. The manager seemed intoxicated, and both guests and staff were not very accommodating. However, the room itself was clean, despite being uncomfortable with an extremely hard bed. The location shielded from street noise was a plus, but the size of the beach was slightly disappointing.
